REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Bumper Cover — Rear

Removal

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Section 100-02 .
  1. Remove the rear tail lamps. For additional information, refer to Section 417-01 .
  1. Three on each side.

  1. NOTE: The upper rearward portion of the bumper cover must be pulled outward to release it from the bumper cover mounting reinforcement.

    On each side.

  1. NOTE: The rear parking aid sensors and license plate lamps will stay attached to the rear bumper cover.

  1. Remove the rear bumper cover.
  1. If necessary.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
