Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Remove the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe and the ACL . For additional information, refer to Section 303-12 .

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  1. Apply the specified lubricant to the specified component.
    Motorcraft® SAE 5W-20 Premium Synthetic Blend Motor Oil (US); Motorcraft® SAE 5W-20 Super Premium Motor Oil (Canada) XO-5W20-QSP (US); CXO-5W20-LSP12 (Canada).
