Alternating Current (AC) Power Point

Removal and Installation

 WARNING: Disconnect the 12 volt battery before servicing the direct current to alternating current (DC-AC) inverter or alternating current (AC) powerpoint to prevent the risk of high voltage shock. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.

  1. Disconnect the 12-volt battery. For additional information, refer to Section 414-01 .
  1. Remove the front console rear trim insert.
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  1. Depress the tabs and remove the AC power point.
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
